At Qala Karwaan, we carefully curate and deliver handcrafted products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 48 hours of delivery only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is defective
- You received the wrong item
Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or exchange, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Since many of our products are handmade and artisan-crafted, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects, and such items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
